libboulder-perl software package provides Perl module for hierarchical tag/value structures, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libboulder-perl
libboulder-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libboulder-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libboulder-perl *
You will get with libboulder-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
